The complex is constructed on modular principle and designed for continuous and periodical control, registration and regulation of technological processes temperature regimes in foundry, metallurgy, ceramic, glass and other productions.
Temperature control methods are based on:
- the immersion of contact transducers into thermometrical medium or their mechanical contact with the controlled surface;
- the contactless radiation pyrometry of the surface in zones and spectrum ranges with the most stable radiative characteristics (ε) and transmissivity (τ), with the following processing of primary pyrometric information, eliminating influence of ε and τ;
- the light-guide generation and transmission of heat radiation, which has thermometric parameters synonymously coherent with the temperature of the controlled object.
